Should we include projects that have potential GPL/LGPL violations in this list?

my question, should we include non-opensource projects in the first place? does 'projects' mean opensource? or just software? maybe just have groups 'open source' 'gpl violations' 'windows frontends' 'linux frontends' etc... also are we going to have descriptions for these projects like mplayer projects list ? --Compn 15:10, 3 September 2007 (EDT)
