The Nintendo Wii is a video game console developed by Nintendo and released in 2006. The system is DVD-based. It is unknown which exact FMV formats that its games use but a wide variety of options are probably available to developers.
The Nintendo Wii can play user videos that are written onto a SD card. The files can be AVI or MOV files with Motion JPEG video and MP3 audio. AAC audio is also slated to be supported.
