I want to develop the decoder for AC3. I was wondering whether the files for alternate bit stream syntax are available or not?

Google's Highly Open Participation Contest

This is a nice event Google did for pre-university students. It's modeled after Summer of Code, but there's some significant differences,m the biggest being that Google invited all of the organizations themselves, rather than groups applying themselves.
