What's the point to throw away mm lib package description from it's main specification to another wiki site? I think keeping all format-related stuff in one place is far more handy?
...because that other Wiki specializes in GRAFs (game resource archive formats). I am the one who put the ALG-LIB description in that Wiki. But their Wiki also contains some bits of multimedia-specific information (like the 7th Guest VDX format). Maybe we will be able to negotiate and bring that data over to this Wiki for maintenance. --Multimedia Mike 20:08, 12 February 2006 (EST)
Allright, but I still don't get it. Why to remove our own already existing description?
Because this Wiki specializes in multimedia tech. That other Wiki (Xentax) specializes in GRAFs. --Multimedia Mike 19:09, 13 February 2006 (EST)
The description of the LIB file header as a "special" chunk-type was misleading. Ideally the LIB file format should be described on another wiki page, or on a site dedicated to archive file formats (hence the GRAF link). --pete
