This machine runs FATE under Cygwin 1.7.5, which runs MSYS' shell and tools to build FFmpeg using a self-compiled toolchain available here: http://fate.arrozcru.org/mingw32/

Patches are applied to the system headers to work around some bugs in MinGW, and they are available here: http://fate.arrozcru.org/mingw32/patches/
