1:1:1 refers to a packed [] format in which each pixel is represented by one Y , one and one sample.

YCbCr 1:1:1 refers to a packed YCbCr format in which each pixel is represented by one Y , one Cb and one Cr sample.
(Note that digital YCbCr is often falsely mixed up with analog PAL's YUV.)
