Maxim Poliakovski works on FFmpeg and reverse engineering. His contributions: I263 video decoder and spec, Intel Music Coder audio decoder, RealAudio atrc audio decoder and spec.
Currently he's working on an open source implementation of the Indeo 4 video decoder. Future works: support for Sony's OpenMG Oma files and ATRAC3+ codec, Indeo 5 video decoder. So check this page soon ::)))
