Maybe I am wrong, but according to the Microsoft WAVE AVI Codec registry on the IETF, the Audio ID here should be 0x0002 and not 0x0011, where 0x0011 seems to point to Intel's DVI ADPCM instead. Please check [1] for more information. Furthermore, the Quicktime ID should be MS$0011.
