On2 VP3: Difference between revisions

VP3 is the third video codec produced by On2. In 2002, On2 released the source code as open source and it eventually evolved into the Theora project.

VP30 and VP31 are not bitstream-compatible codecs. While VP31 is open source VP30 is not decodable via the same process.
