Each frame consists of records containing GDI commands:

 bytes 0-3   size of record including this field
 bytes 4-5   GDI command code
 bytes 6-... GDI command arguments

I think command codes may have relation to EMF drawing codes and arguments are the same that are passed to GDI drawing functions.
