Hex-Rays Decompiler is the first product from Ilfak Guilfanov's company. It is a plugin for IDA Pro 5.1. It would appear to be able to handle decompilation for real-world files. There are several examples on the site [1].

The price is $1999 USD or 1500 Euros.
