H.261 is an early standard for video compression used in telecommunication applications.
These implementations are believed to be identical to the standard H.261:
- D261: Originated at DEC
- L261: Originated at LEAD Technologies
- M261: Originated at Microsoft
- V261: Originated at Lucent
