The DCT "video codec" is used by at least one Electronic Arts game. The chunk contains a brief header followed by a PlayStation Motion Decoder bitstream.

The header is described below. Frame rate is not reported in the header, however, the available sample files were all rendered correctly at 15 fps.
offset data_type description 0x0000 le_32 unknown 0x0004 le_16 image width (pixels) 0x0006 le_16 image height (pixels)
The MDEC bitstream immediately follows the header.
