Codecs using unitialized memory

Removing memset(128) from video_get_buffer() or avconv's own get_buffer() breaks some FATE tests. This means that those decoders are using unitialized memory; this should be fixed. The following tests fail:

  • bethsoft-vid
  • cdgraphics
  • ansi
  • aasc
  • fraps-v1
  • qtrle-1bit
