G.728 is an ITU-T standard Low-Delay Code-Excited Linear Prediction (LD-CELP) codec operating at 8000 kHz, 16 kbit/sec. Each frame is 20 samples (2.5ms) and contains four 10-bit vectors.
RealAudio 28.8 is based on G.728.
