This is a simple raw container format that is usually compressed with <code>GZip</code> first. It seems to be employed on some companion disks to certain Central European game magazines like <em>Secret Service</em> or <em>Score</em>.<br />

File header:<br />
3 bytes - "NAF" (animation) or "NGF" (image)<br />
1 bytes - major version? (always 1)<br />
1 bytes - minor version? (always 0)<br />
2 bytes - width<br />
2 bytes - height<br />
768 bytes - VGA palette for videos or full-range palette for images<br />

Picture or animation frames are just raw data without any additional compression or reordering.<br />
