Apparently standard MPEG-2 elementary stream, but may be found as single AVI chunks in AVI files.

Possibly similar or identical to Matrox MPEG-2 elementary I-frame-only video stream.

Can be read by MPlayer using the -dumpvideo option :

  mplayer -dumpvideo test.avi
  mplayer stream.dump
